In the starting part we have seen about shakes and supplements and little bit of use of green for our body, in the second part we will see how much of import green is to acquire the nutritional stuff in our body.

So, in this green juice what I have put in is personally kale, cucumber, carrots, apple, little bit of ginger, little bit of lemon tree . Now this is a very good resource of great nutrients but also it is very good in protein, really high source of iron, kale putting whole scale of kale in this . So it does take a little time, it take about 20 minutes to make this juice, but this is something I drink in whole day . This is a good option, green juice is great and green smoothies, right, you want to flow in lot times, you like to flow in, lot of time I like to work out to flow in first all make a smoothie with kale, spinach, may be some kernel that we have not talk about it before, a banana, an apple, squeeze of lime juice.

You want to get a good source of carbohydrates and merely digest proteins and you don’t have to specifically go for supplements and as Nicola has mentioned he doesn’t want to . So, great opportunity as I mentioned in the previous videos, spinach is a whole food, it has very very high source of energy and it has lot of minerals that we do not get in our diet and a very very very high source of protein, which is a good Healthy eating advice.

Hemp seeds, that is another one of my favorites that shown in the previous videos as well and there are really uncomplicated things to add into in smoothie you have and between two you can add 2 to 3 tablespoons and already looking at the both, the 3rd of your every day protein intake. So, pretty Herculean stuff and you know we have got lot of greens in and now we can get a break up health with red to get lot of protein in and so how much you think about, I used to be more like you all there peanut butter and mayonnaise butters and thicker groovy sweet stuffs but now my body do not want that much. I want greens get a lot of greens in, and try juices as much as I can of the greens as a part of Raw diet plan.

If you think of the biggest strong animals in the realism and if I ask that where do they get this palm leaves, with us, elephants, giraffes, these are all plenty, these are animals that spend their day chewing the leafs and I know we do not spend 18 hours a day setting force, eating leaves but the principal tranquil applies. So here is the energy recommend, sorry my nose is itching, do your workout, when you coda with your workout and get simple source of sugar and normally you can work out with banana, apple, oranges or grapes and get simple sugars back in when you get home make it smoothie or juice, boom, get some back in some good carbs as well as protein and that’s the way I usually do balance with the help of Post workout drink. Gets that a shot, you don’t need any supplements, believe me you don’t need them and you will be just fine.
